5. Account Termination:

   • We reserve the right to terminate your account if we cannot receive payment from you.
   • In the case of payment disputes, please notify us immediately for issue resolution.
     
     

6. Refunds and Reimbursements:

   • All fees and reimbursements are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
   • HighLevel has the discretion to issue or deny refunds or credits based on specific circumstances, and this decision is final.
     
     

7. Service Cancellation and Responsibility:

   • You are entirely responsible for canceling services linked to your account and will be responsible for any fees incurred until the cancellation is properly executed.
     
     

8. Payment Disputes:

   • In the event of payment disputes, you are required to notify us in writing within 60 days of receiving the invoice for issue resolution.
   • During the dispute period, you are still required to pay the deducted fees on the invoice.
